Ocean Delight Cottages offer four choice cottages, which in terms of convenience and attractiveness, are small homes away from home.
In Heart's Delight/Islington, there are two, two-bedroom cottages and two, one-bedroom cottages. Neighboring Whiteway is the site of one older but adorable three-bedroom 2 1/2 star Canada Select cottage. Each cottage is fully equipped with all modern conveniences and easily accessible from Route 80.
Ocean Delight Cottages The four cottages are named for seabirds found in the region: the Puffin, the Loon, the Gannet and the Osprey.Each cottage has similar facilites.The kitchens have attractive European style kitchen cupboards and are equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, cooking utensils, ironing board and iron. The dining rooms, each of which overlooks the ocean, have a wooden dining room set with pleasing dishes, glasses, cutlery and kitchen linens. The decks, which also all overlook the ocean, have a gas BBQ and a table and chairs. The living rooms have comfortable seating, a coffee table, end tables, a rug and a fireplace. There is satellite TV & DVD with remote control and a telephone in each cottage. The full bathrooms have towels for each guest and a bath mat. Although each cottage has a slightly different configeration for bedrooms, each bedroom features beautifully detailed bed linens, bedside tables and lamps, a clock radio, a bureau, and a closet.

We also offer the Romantic Getaway Package with one Champagne Brunch and one breakfast but without the supper.

For weekly stays, 50% deposit is required at the time of booking by credit card.
A two night minimum stay is required.
On long week-ends, a three night minimum stay is required.
Due to being a small business, cancellations affect us greatly.
We have a 30-day cancellation policy
for our cottages.
If cancelled outside the 30-day window, a full refund is
given except for a $25 administration fee per night cancelled.
If cancelled within the 30-day
window, no refund unless we are able to re-book.
Check-in is at Blueberry Hill Bed and Breakfast in Cavendish, 4 km. from
the cottages.
Check-in is between 4 pm. - 7 pm. Check-out by 11 am.

be, other times can be arranged.
Smoking is permitted outside only.
Well behaved pets are welcome for an additional cleaning fee of $25.
The older cottage in Whiteway (Canada Select 2 1/2 stars) has three bedrooms, two with one double bed each, and one with a single bed and a built-in bunk bed.

Our sister establishment, Blueberry Hill B&B in Cavendish, is located half way between the two cottage sites. Blueberry Hill, a Canada Select four and one half-star Bed & Breakfast, was awarded a Tourist Choice Award as # 1 B&B on the Baccalieu Trail in 2003.
